Rates are based on double occupancy. Max occupancy is two people.
One night deposit is required at the time of booking, payable by Visa or MasterCard. The balance is payable upon arrival by Visa, MasterCard, travellers cheques, or cash.
The rooms and house are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the outside patio or garden.
Cherry Point is on the main floor of the house and therefore is suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

Cancellation Policy:Your full deposit is returned, less $50.00 handling fee, if email notice is received a minimum of 72 hours prior to your reservation arrival date. If you notify us to cancel your reservation after this time period, and we are able to re-rent your room, you will receive a rebate of the deposit paid equal to the amount we recover, less the $50.00 handling fee.
